Jeff T. Deason graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1974. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s School of Law of San Antonio in 1979. He became licensed to practice law in all Texas State Courts in November 1979, and has been licensed in the United States District Court Eastern District of Texas since 1992.
